Returns and Exchanges

• 14-day return policy after receiving your item for store credit.
• Items purchased with a discount of 30% or more, as well as personalized items, are excluded from exchanges or returns.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Please contact us at info@iriscollection.ch and provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return (for example: too big, too small, doesn’t suit me, defective, or other reasons). Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. For returns within Switzerland, we recommend using B-Post (CHF 1.-).
