• All orders are shipped from Switzerland.
• Orders placed before 3:00 PM CET (Monday to Friday) are processed on the same business day.
• After shipping, you will receive an email with the order confirmation.
• Please note that unexpected delays may occur, for which we are not responsible.

 

Shipping Costs & Delivery Time

For deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein:

• Free shipping
• Delivery within 1-2 days

 

For deliveries to Germany:

• Shipping cost: EUR 5
• Free shipping for orders over EUR 60
• Delivery within 3-5 days
